Ella J Lifestyle cafe carries not just food and drinks but hand-made ceramics and yoga outfits as well. The bamboo-themed cafe by a Korean lady had an invitingly calm, rustic and zen feel. Cute Cute quickly ordered his long black and Cuchi settled for a Yuzu Oolong.
The Oolong tea was served in a pretty ceramic pot and cup. There was no hint of Yuzu (too mild?) though but the tea was pleasantly light and fragrant. However, Cuchi liked that refills were welcomed thus prolonging the tea break time.

Smooth but ordinary. The ceramic tea cup was unique though.
Ella J Cafe is a quiet and cosy escape for anyone wanting a retail break in Suntec City to rest their feet or paws. Pity that Cute Cute and Cuchi had no stomach space for their sandwiches and bakes like the apple walnut loaf cake and flourless chocolate cake. Another visit perhaps ......
